How can I access or transfer my medical records?
You can directly download and access your medical records by logging into this secure site using the same credentials you used to log into the app. Once downloaded, you can send to any third-party or provider of your choice.

Yes. We will arrange for your records to be retained and available as needed for the period required by applicable law.
Do I need to ask to have my account on the app deleted?
All accounts were deleted once the app was discontinued on December 31, 2025.
