David Shafran, MD

Ohio, USA

No single physician can be expected to know it all—and patients deserve the best information when they need it, wherever they are. I joined K Health for its mission to use data to enhance patient care and improve physician decision making.

Dr. David Shafran is a board-certified pediatrician with additional fellowship training in pediatric nephrology and transplant ethics. He attended medical school in Israel at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University and completed his residency at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. He is married to a pediatric ophthalmologist and has four children, all of whom have a keen interest in legos and dinosaurs.
