Sarah Tran

Dr. Sarah Tran is a board certified family medicine physician with 9 years of clinical experience serving the underserved. She received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tran’s residency was at Houston Methodist Hospital, and here she was named Intern of the Year for her family medicine residency. She also served as an Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston while working full-time at a community clinic. For several years, she taught medical students the importance of considering the psychosocial aspects in caring for the under-resourced. Her passion continues to be trying to provide evidence-based good medicine to everyone, regardless of income or status or background.

I joined K because I believe in the delivery of good medicine to places and people who may not normally have access to care.
